This two-day workshop series offers a deep dive into the cutting-edge of interactive art and real-time generative content. It's designed for a diverse audience, from installation and traditional artists, space owners, VJs, scenographers, and motion designers eager to transform physical spaces, to creative coders, experienced designers and anyone who thrives on pushing the boundaries of interactive art and performance.

 

What You'll Explore:

 

  • AI-Driven Projection Content: Unleash the power of AI-generated imagery as projection content, mastering efficient prompt workflows to create stunning visuals.

  • Depth Cam Integration: Dive into the capabilities of the Orbbec Femto camera, harnessing motion and depth inputs within TouchDesigner to create responsive scenes.

  • Live Projection Mapping Mastery: Learn the art of live projection mapping onto 3D surfaces, transforming walls,

  • Interactive Environments: Build truly interactive environments using depth data and feedback loops, allowing your visuals to respond to movement and presence.


     

End of Day Outcome:
Participants will collaborate in small teams to conceptualize and execute a projection mapping project, transforming a chosen surface or object (a wall, sculpture, or fabric installation) with responsive, captivating visual content, creating an immersive experience.

Journey into interactive expression with RnA Studio & joined by SKYWALKER VISUALS (in collaboration with TKESHI). Connect external triggers (voice, MIDI, motion capture) to craft multi-sensorial generative scenes using TouchDesigner. Explore scene logic, real-time generative narratives, and build "mood engines" for responsive storytelling. Each group will design and present a short, interactive "sensor theatre" scene.

At the conclusion of the workshop, we are thrilled to host a special guest – an acclaimed AV performer from the TKESHI festival line-up – who will share their unique workflow and insights, offering a rare glimpse into the professional world of audiovisual artistry.
