LATE FUTURE is an immersive AV performance by Paul Cut & Cín. Broadcasting from Lisbon, the duo uses live-coded music and visual manipulation to explore the ruins of 90s techno-utopianism, bringing analog energy created on digital terminals.
Treating the past as raw material, LATE FUTURE creates a space between established genres—instinctively familiar, yet alien enough to feel broadcast from an adjacent timeline.
Paul Cut, a classically trained keyboardist rooted in the French house scene, brings over a decade of experience with hardware and DAWs into live coding, combining deep musicality, pure code and randomness to shape the LATE FUTURE sound.
Cín, rooted in Lisbon’s cultural scene, works across sound, multimedia and installation. Through real-time manipulation of early internet archives, light refractions and simulated analog degradation, she creates the duo’s visual signature: a world built from digital ruins.
